What is a Log Book Service?

Logbook services follow the exact procedures outlined in the logbook to maintain the maximum efficiency of the vehicle. This can be important if your car is under warranty.

What happens if I miss a Service?

Skipping your car service can cost you a lot more than your routine maintenance would have in the long run if your car breaks down or your warranty is void! Regular services can pre warn you about any problems that may be on the horizon so you can catch them early, before they become potentially dangerous and/or costly to repair. A well-maintained car is a car that will last for a long time and cost you lest in the long run!

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

The law is that as long as a licensed repairer services your car according to your car's logbook, your warranty will not be impacted whatsoever. Manufacturers are not allowed to force you to take the vehicle back to them for servicing although they imply it keeps your vehicle warranty intact. Having your vehicle serviced by an independent workshop like DB Customs & Whitewalling not only saves you money, but the whole process is more convenient without affecting your new car warranty at all.
